Been down to the Lifeboat tonight, for training.

It was damn cold and windy so we learnt how to read a O/S map - which seems a little dim when we spend our time at sea, using Admiralty Charts - there is a huge difference.

Whats happened

For some reason, that I don't know about, my Flickr photo thing has stopped working, any ideas why, please?

3 AM

It's 3am and minus 2, and mid April. Just when is summer starting?

Bugger

Oh bugger. I logged on last night and discovered that it's been almost 4 months sins I last posted up on here.

Not alot has changed. I'm still messing about with ambulances in Norfolk, I'm still on the local Lifeboat and life is still the same.

Littlelegs is continuing to go from strength to strength and grow up. He continues to do well at school although I think he might be finding it a little bit harder than he likes to admit.

Norfolk is coming out of hibernation and is slowly being overrun by caravans and mobile homes. In a way I'm pleased to see them, but on the other hand "they" can be a pain in the arse.

Nip and Tuck

I'm off to see the plastic surgeon on Tuesday, having lost a lot of weight my GP has referred me for a "tummy tuck" to remove the excess loose skin. Hope this will be done ASAP. It's the last step in what has been a long process.

by the way, meant to say ""we've" have had 2 "shouts" in 3 weeks... in bleeding cold wet weather... roll on the summer.
